WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of the product, once your order is shipped it cannot be returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about a fragrance based on our web description, please contact us. We are happy to give more guidance in your selection. There are also many YouTube videos available with reviews of our shave soaps and balms. Simply search “Moon Soaps”.
DO YOU SELL SOAP SAMPLES?
We understand that a lot of shavers are into samples and this has been brought to our attention time and time again. We do not sell shave soap samples or aftershave samples, however, we always include a small sample of one of our shave soaps in every order as a small thank you. If there is a particular scent you would like a sample of, contact us and we will try to add it to your order.
IS YOUR SOAP VEGAN?
Our bar soaps are vegan.
Our shave soaps and creams contain house-rendered beef tallow. We only test on friends and family, never on animals…
THERE’S A HANDLE ON YOUR WEBSITE I WANTED TO BUY BUT IT’S MARKED “SOLD OUT”. WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
Never… not that exact one at least. All Moon brushes are one of a kind. We recommend adding your name to our email list and following us on social media to keep up with future brush releases. You may have your heart set on a past handle design, but Zachary is always working on new ideas that you may like even more!
ARE YOU OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
We are delighted to ship our goodies from our studio apothecary straight to your door, but at this time we are not open to the public.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We have found it works better for us to sell directly to the USA and let our distribution partners handle the rest. A list of worldwide retailers can be found here.
